Display Ads
The printed program will be in 8.5” x 11” format,
in black and white.
See Ad Sizes & Prices
There is not room for many ads, and they will be sold on a first come,
first
served basis for size and position. We prefer digital files for best
quality (including all images and fonts), although we can scan artwork
if necessary.
The files should be in Quark, InDesign or PageMaker, or be an image
file (jpeg, tiff, eps., etc., not pdf). We will print the program at
133 dpi. Send files either via e-mail or on a CD via postal mail. Sizes
and prices
are
on page
four.
Ads
must
be
submitted no later than June 10,
2004.
Exhibitor
Booths (information for current
exhibitors)
Your booth will be listed in the printed program at the event with the booth
number and brief description.
see Floor
Plan for location
see Exhibitor List for the organizations with booths
The booths are eight feet wide by six feet deep (except for booths 1 and 2,
which are triangular with a 10-foot display side). We will provide a six-foot
table and tablecloth. There will be no side “walls” in place. If
you want separation from the other booths, you will need to create that. If
you need electricity, you will need to bring a long extension cord (you may
need up to 100 feet).
The only thing that may be affixed to the back wall is lightweight foam board
using blue painter’s tape that will be provided. Anything with any weight
(signage, etc.) must be hung using free standing poles that you bring. You
will be charged for any damage to the wall. We recommend that you label your
items wherever possible; we will not be responsible for items left after the
event.
The event venue, St. Mary’s Cathedral Conference Center, holds 800 people
and we do expect it to sell out. Most of the Symposium consists of plenary
sessions. The majority of booth traffic will occur during these periods (times
are approximate):
• 8:30-9:00 am before the opening session
• 11:00-11:20 am morning break
• 1:00-2:15 pm lunch break
• 3:40-4:00 pm afternoon break
• 4:45-6:00 pm breakout sessions
• 6:30-8:00 pm dinner break
