You are cordially invited to join us in participating in the Sustainable World Symposium & Festival by reserving an exhibition booth and/or a display ad in the printed program.
You can reserve your exhibitor booth and/or display ad online (there is a small fee charged for this service). If you do so, you must also fill out the registration form contained in the "Booth & Ad Info" pdf document; the link is here below. Exhibitor Booths
The deadline for reserving booths has been extended to May 6, unless they sell out before then.
Your booth will be listed in the printed program at the event with the booth number and brief description. There are 60 spaces available in three different price ranges, depending on location. To see the floorplan and the booths that are currently available, go to:

The booths are 8 feet wide by 5-1/2 feet deep. We will provide a 6x3 foot table, two chairs and a tablecloth (the provided tablecloth is mottled burgundy; you may want to bring your own solid color tablecloth). There will be no side “walls” in place. If you want separation from the other booths, you will need to create that. If you need electricity, you will need to bring a long extension cord (40-50 feet).
The only thing that may be affixed to the back wall is lightweight foam board using blue painter’s tape that will be provided. Anything with any weight (signage, etc.) must be hung using an easle. You will be charged for any damage to the wall. We recommend that you label your items wherever possible; we will not be responsible for items left after the event.
The event venue, St. Mary’s Cathedral Conference Center, holds 800 people and it is likely to sell out. Most of the Symposium consists of plenary sessions, and although the booth area is free to the public, the great majority of booth traffic will occur during these non-convening periods (times are approximate):
Saturday, May 13
• 8:30-9:00 am before opening session
• 11:15-11:35 am morning break
• 1:45-3:00 pm lunch break
• 4:20-4:35 pm afternoon break
• 6:00-7:30 pm dinner break
Sunday, May 14
• 8:30-9:00 am before opening session
• 11:00-11:20 am morning break
• 12:10-1:10 pm breakout sessions
• 1:10-2:20 pm lunch break
• 4:10-4:45 pm networking break
• 5:30-6:30 pm after end of event
Display Ads
Ads must be submitted no later than May 6. The printed program will be in 8.5” x 11” format, in black and white.

There is not room for many ads, and they will be sold on a first come, first served basis for size and position. We prefer digital files for best quality, although we can scan artwork if necessary. We can work with pdf, jpg, tif or eps files. We will print the program at 120 dpi. Send files either via e-mail or on a CD via postal mail.
